1. Order Cut-Off & Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CST - Central Standard Time)
  • Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST on Friday or during the weekend (Saturday–Sunday) will begin processing on the following Monday. Our service hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.

2. Transit Time & Shipping Costs

We ship exclusively within the United States. All shipments are handled by trusted domestic carriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure your wall murals arrive in perfect condition.

  • Transit Time: 4–7 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping Cost: $6.99 USD. Free shipping on all orders over $99 USD (50 U.S. states). There are no hidden fees or additional taxes calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently only deliver to physical addresses within the 50 U.S. states. We do not support shipping to U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time due to carrier size limitations for wall mural packaging.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number will be sent immediately. You can track your package's real-time journey directly on our website via our integrated Track Your Order page (powered by 17Track) or through the carrier's official portal.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Shipments

Since wall murals are precision-printed products, if your package arrives damaged during transit or if you experience any delivery delays, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work swiftly with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
