PRODUCT & INSTALLATION

How do Vibee House wall murals arrive?

To make installation as smooth and stress-free as possible, we do not print your mural as one giant, unmanageable roll. Instead, your mural is precision-cut into vertical, numbered panels (typically 20 to 24 inches wide). They are carefully rolled and shipped inside a heavy-duty protective tube. Simply align and apply them in numerical order from left to right!

What types of materials do you offer?

We offer premium, durable materials tailored to your needs:

  • Peel & Stick Vinyl: Perfect for easy DIYers and renters. It features a self-adhesive backing—just peel the liner and stick it to the wall. No extra glue required!
  • Premium Non-Woven Fabric: A luxurious, textured material preferred by designers for long-term home ownership. This material requires a standard wallpaper adhesive paste for installation.
Can I apply the mural on any wall surface?

For the best results, your wall must be smooth, clean, dry, and flat. We do not recommend applying our murals on heavily textured walls, brick, raw drywall, or walls painted with zero-VOC/anti-graffiti paints, as these surfaces can prevent the adhesive from bonding properly.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee: $6.99. FREE shipping on all orders over $99 within all 50 US states. No hidden fees, minimum purchase requirements, or unexpected checkout charges!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday) to print, inspect, and package your mural.

  • Transit Time: 4–7 Business Days (Monday to Friday) via trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
  • Total estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from the moment you complete your purchase.
How do I track my package?

Once your mural is on its way, we will instantly email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time by visiting our native Track Your Order page (powered by 17Track) right here on our website.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the mural must be entirely unused, unpeeled, and unapplied to any surface, packed securely in its original rigid tube.

How do I start a return?

Please do not ship items back without authorization. Simply go to our automated Return Center link on our website menu, enter your Order Number and Email Address, and follow the quick prompts. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions to ship the item to our Shreveport, LA facility.

What if my mural arrives damaged or defective?

We stand by our quality! If your mural arrives damaged during shipping or has printing defects, please take digital photos and contact us at support@vibeehouse.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a 100% free replacement or full refund.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept?

Through our secure Shopify Payments gateway, we accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) as well as secure digital express options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information safe on your website?

Absolutely. Our checkout process is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and utilizes 128-bit SSL encryption. Vibee House never views, collects, or stores your financial credit card details on our servers.
