Thank you for shopping at Vibee House. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since wall murals are precision-printed decorative products, we have established a clear and transparent return and refund framework to protect your consumer rights and ensure a smooth experience.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your package to request a return. Any return requests submitted after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a successful return, your wall mural must meet the following strict criteria:

  • It must be completely unused, unpeeled, and unapplied to any wall or surface.
  • It must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be safely packed in its original packaging (the protective rigid tube/box) along with any included installation tools and documentation.
  • You must provide the original order number or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the mural is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong design/size, please contact our support team at support@vibeehouse.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Cost: Vibee House will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or send a brand-new replacement at no extra charge to you.
  • Proof Required: We will require clear digital photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or error to process your claim swiftly.

4. Customer Remorse Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, no longer want the product, or accidentally ordered the incorrect size for your wall layout:

  • Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: Vibee House does NOT charge any restocking fees ($0).

5. How to Initiate a Return (Via Our Return Center)

To ensure fast tracking, we process all returns automatically through our online platform:

  1. Navigate to the Return Center page on our website menu.
  2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason from the drop-down menu.
  4. Once our team reviews and approves your request (usually within 24 business hours), you will receive a Return Authorization and step-by-step instructions on how to send your package.
  • Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization through our Return Center will not be accepted or refunded.

7. Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your returned package is received and thoroughly inspected by our warehouse staff, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether the refund is approved or rejected based on its condition.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Payment Method: The credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment (processed safely via Shopify Payments).
  • Timeline: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund to officially reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing times.
